Let me explain…
I’m currently traveling through Europe on a bicycle. You might wonder, why a bicycle?
It’s because a couple of years ago, I came across valuable information that made such a strong impression on me that I felt compelled to test and experiment to see if it could actually be true. I’ve experienced its power before in my life, and in fact, all of us on Earth experience this power daily, with varying intensity. I’m talking about the light from the sun, which somehow has been overshadowed in the modern, connected world we live in today.
Many people are terrified of sunlight because they’ve been fed information claiming it causes cancer. Tell that to the indigenous people in Africa who don’t wear sunglasses or use sunscreen, and listen to their laughter.
Modern humans’ ignorance often stands in the way of understanding that the simplest and most logical solution is often the answer to a problem. Instead, we tend to complicate things. We go from the factory, office, or shop to the house, and so it continues—day to week to month to year.
What has happened in the last 200 years?
We humans have gone from spending most of our daylight hours outdoors under the sun’s natural light spectrum to spending our days in artificially lit spaces filled with an unnatural light spectrum, along with low- to high-frequency radiation from Wi-Fi, power lines, satellites, and mobile phones, to name a few. The question everyone should ask is: how does this affect our overall health?

Like everyone else, I have plenty of experience with the sun, but due to my health condition, I’ve perhaps been forced to reflect a bit more on what makes us sick and have taken the time to seek and ponder why and how something arises.
At the age of 14, I was diagnosed with psoriasis. I also had a father who died early from cancer, and several friends’ parents who have met the same fate as my father. This has left its mark on me and driven me to search tirelessly for a solution to my own fate.
In the pursuit of a solution and through many personal experiments, my journey has led me to where I am today.
A couple of years ago, I came across information explaining how our cells respond to and are affected by different light spectra. Simply put: when we humans shield ourselves from the light spectrum we get from the sun’s rays and replace it with artificial light sources, it’s highly likely that abnormal processes will start in the body. For example, staring at a computer screen with a spectrum dominated by blue light for 8 hours a day, staying up late at a club, office, or flipping the day’s hours to work night shifts.
My journey is an experiment, an attempt to prove to myself and others that the information I’ve found might actually be the solution to a problem that has gone unsolved for so many years.

The bicycle method allows me to turn my life upside down for an indefinite period. I’m now about 8 weeks into the journey and have gone from spending 90% of my time indoors, connected to computers, phones, etc., to a life outdoors. I usually sleep in a tent I bring along and try to follow the sunrise and sunset every day.
I hesitate to share my journey because I don’t want to add to the noise online. Or is that the real reason? No! I’m holding back because I’m uncomfortable with how I might be seen in others’ eyes and come across as an idiot. No one wants to be perceived as an idiot—not me, not you.
Right now, I’m in Carcans, southern France, sleeping in a glamping tent in a real bed. It feels nice for a change to avoid setting up my little tent and sleeping on an air mattress that’s half-deflated by the middle of the night. Not ideal when you know how important the circadian rhythm is for our health. But I think I’ve got it sorted now. : )
Today, I’ve decided to take the leap and risk being seen as the idiot. I sincerely hope that you other idiots out there make sure we become more, so that together we can finally turn this ship around.
Thank you for reading. See you around. Take care!
Truly yours Patrik
